Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Once your return request is approved and the product is received back, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

If you prefer, you may also choose to receive store credit for future purchases.
